"Fuck off"...he seemed to say

Nick and I were having a nice little morning stroll on Thursday, when a squirrel threw down a nut from the tree above us and hit Nick square on the forehead.

I laughed, he scowled and tried throwing the nut back to no avail. Then he was treated to my rendition of the entirety of the Eddie Izzard squirrel bit from Dressed to Kill.

Broadway Baby...

This has been a hell of a week in theatre for me.

Tuesday, Candance called me and asked if I wanted free tickets to see The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (it's a Broadway show, not an actual spelling bee). Of course I did, so I went and reveiwed it.

Then Thursday, Lexi calls me up and asks if I want to see the show Friday night. So, I got to go AGAIN! Which was lovely. I gave one of the actors the review I'd written. He thought it was cool.

Now tonight, I'm going to see Craig in Cabaret. He's Cliff, the bisexual American (or English depending on which one you're watching) writer. Which means he sings "Perfectly Marvelous", the cute bit Adam sang on Cold Case.

Start spreadin' the news

In a couple hours, I'm on a bus to New York for five(ish) days! I'm going to see Aubrey (my sister sort of/best friend/ex-girlfriend) and Evie (another sister sort of)!

Oh, yeah, and I'll see-

NEW YORK CITY!!! (center of the universe)

Heroes will help you find good in yourself...

I met Anthony Rapp for the second time last night. He was charming and an utter doll! He took everyone's questions, he waited around and signed everyone's books. How many other celebrities would do that? Precious few, I bet.

He was funny and clever, articulate and poised. Collins, I love that man.

I gave him the card from the inapropothought group and a copy of my article. He signed my article!!! *squees*
