Run Away With Me. OKAY!

So, Craig's solo is this amazing song called "Run Away With Me" from The Unauthorized Biography of Samantha Brown (nothing to do with the Travel Channel host of the same name). And I searched for it because it's so absolutely amazing! And what do I find? Taylor Trensch singing the exact same song! I went to Blake with him for four years. He was the only reason I didn't protest my class schedule change into American Mosaic (some government like class thingy). I mean, he's so gorgeous. And as talented as Craig. I believe if neither one of those two boys make it on Broadway, there is something wrong with the world in general.

Our Lives Are Like Curtains, They Rise and They Fall

Back at Curtain Call which means life is good again. No matter how badly I'm treated or how hard a class is, I have my Curtain Call Family back to support me. Theatre really does heal and I've missed it so much. Rehearsals, shows, even just talking about it like we did tonight makes me feel so energized and glowy. I love theatre and I love Curtain Call.

I'm Free as a Bird With a Broken Wing

One more full week of nothing to do but laze the day away. At least, I hope to hang out with Brett sometime this coming week. *crosses fingers* Everyone else I know has to be in school by Monday, but not me. *preens and settles in with a cup of peach juic and a Wodehouse novel* Ahh, bliss.

Even better, Curtain Call starts up Tuesday. I have missed those crazy kids this summer. I could have used the magical healing power of theatre a few times this summer. It's been vaguely sucky lately. But all that will change when I get to see Craig, Mat, Ashley, Dana, Erin, Sara, Jennie,

You Can't Stop the BEAT!

I just saw Hairspray and it was amazing! Absolutely amazing! I was dancing in my seat and, when the credits rolled, in the area in front of my seat. I danced through "Mama, I'm a Big Girl Now" and "Cooties". I thought my mom and I were the only ones left. No! A nice older couple complimented me as we left, saying they enjoyed my performance as much as the movie. *preens*

I know I love theatre and musicals, but today I was reminded tht I really DO LOVE musicals and reminded why and how much as well.

It was fabulous!

And My Junk is You

Last night, I had a dream *quashes the urge to perform Over The Moon* about Craig. I mean, I've known for years (and I stress the years) that I'm in love with him (hence running back after seeing Salute to Broadway before I joined...actually that's why I joined), but...I don't even know. *sighs and bangs head against desk* It's my last year at Curtain Call, his too come to that and...if I don't tell him... But if I do tell him...ARGH! *bangs head steadily against desk* It's a no-win situation. And I still really like Brett, who doesn't seem to like me back that way. Fuckage!
Someone tell me to stop listening to "My Junk" from Spring Awakening. It's needless tortue.
I know I promised, I wouldn't do this on my blog, but dammit! If I didn't, I'd never get back to my life. I just had to get it all out. I'm fine now...I'm sure.

Anyway, better things. I reread Harry Potter 7, even the Epilogue, better known as "Didn't I Read This in a Fanfiction Somewhere?" Harry and Draco were supposed to get together, gorramit! *pouts* Too. *gasp* Much. *gasp* Het. *dies* Other than that, I suppose it was pretty good.
OH! I love my History class. It's like living in a combination of Dead Poets Society and The History Boys. Plus, I realized I could name all of Henry VIII's wives and the way their marriage ended...in order...in less than 20 seconds. Which is actually pretty nerdy, I suppose. Story of my life. =8->

Spoilers For Harry Potter 7 SPOILERS

*sobs* FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED! *gets busy making a R.I.P. Fred Wealsey t-shirt*

*sobs more* Remus. Tonks. And so soon after Teddy was born too. *sobs more*

HEDWIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG! Tell me what was the point of that? There was no point! *sniffles*

Also, DRACO DOES NOT HAVE A RECEEDING HAIRLINE YOU GREAT TWITS! *settles* My Draco, mine! *can feel the funny looks coming from England* Sorry, Tom. I'll be good.

I expected the ending but still hoped for Harry/Draco. Dammit. Though there is slash...thank Collins. Oh yes, I can feel the stories about Albus and Scorpious starting now.
